HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Complete your membership registration
*Make sure to add ALL of your groups to one membership*
2. Register for the shows your ensemble plans on attending this season

REMINDER: Music must be uploaded by the Friday before your show by 12:00pm! If your music has not changed,
you do not have to upload again.
Q. Do I have to pay my membership fee prior to registering for shows?
A. No, you do not have to pay your membership prior to registering for shows. It is ok to submit your membership payment with your registration payment.
Q. What is the deadline to pay our fees?
A. Payments are due 1 week prior to the show you are registered for. Those who pay their fees by Decmember 15, 2025, (that means I can deposit your funds by the 15th) will be entered into the "Draw" for placement at each of the shows registered. Those whoes funds are received after that date, will be placed in order of payment receipt behind those who paid by the Dec 15th date.
